Won't let me add pictures without permission

Upon the recent update , I can't take pictures of new listings. It pops up a window requesting me to give permission to camera and storage, once I do ... Still doesn't work. Reinstalled app twice, rebooted phone .. No luc .

The phone device needs to grant the App access to your camera and storage. This permission is stored in your phone's privacy settings. Depending on your device, you may be able to manually add the eBay App to those settings.
