Web Interpret is back...

Remember the Web Interpret fiasco? Well....they're back!

Pehaps they have fixed the automatic subscription issues but after reading their TOS I have some questions / issues.

1) It seems they alone have control over which items are listed? I would like to list only certain of my store catagories.

2) They say their service is not available to sellers enrolled in the Global Shipping Program? I am and am unwilling to opt out to try a very questionable app.

3) They still don't provide any info regarding the cost of their service once the free trail ends!

4) I cannot find customer service access so I can ask questions.

5) They say no refunds will be given for charges even if only part of the subscription period has been used! So if a person fails to opt out before the free trial has ended...they're screwed!

IMO they are still a risk not worth taking....

Web Interpret is back...

1) you can blacklist items or categories, so you should be able to blacklist categories you don't want to list.
2) the individual listing can't be in global shipping
3) their costs: https://app.webinterpret.com/plans/monthly 5% per sale + ($1.29 per item or $29.99/month)
4) https://app.webinterpret.com/submit-request
https://app.webinterpret.com/submit-request/ebay/contact/ticket
5) you are not automatically charged when the free trial ends, your listings are automatically turned off and you have to manually sign back up.

i'm using it now

on your active page you have 6 duplicate listings for every 1 u s listing. you have to click on a filter every time you want to work on your active page to have only u s listings shown. when an item is sold 6 identical listings end up in unsold, if you delete an item 6 duplicates in unsold.   if you have 500 30 day good til cancelled that end, you have 3,500 items in unsold with no way to filter them to separate u s from international.  any revisions have to be done off site through their site. woke up one day to find thousands of international listings i had ended due to markdown manager having a meltdown,  relisted at 5.00 each. took hours to get rid of them. thank goodness no one bought anything. is it worth it?

I'm going through similar issues. I had tons of my listings included that I didn't want included. I used blacklisting to get rid of them. I wish I could simply choose which of my store categories I wanted included in WI but no... I was told this was something they may do for the future. I also have many items that remain on the WI "listings" tab even though they have been black listed and also removed from eBay US. Also... many of my listings are not listed in France... and cannot figure out why (so far). After weeks of trying to get all the bugs worked out... I have not had a single sale as a result of WI. Not looking good so far....
