I declined to do business with a rude user, and they've spent the last day sending me numerous insulting messages and threatening to "report" me.
I've already blocked them, but keep receiving their messages.
Is there any way to block them entirely?

Using a desktop browser, from the message inbox, click on a message. Then use the "Action" menu at the top.

Takes about 30 days to take effect. In the meantime, why read the messages? Delete or save to a file without opening.

As posted upthread, you'll have to deal with this one for about 30 days. Moving forward, make sure to go (upper left) to 'Account Settings/Selling Preferences/Your buyers/Manage who can buy from you', tick 'Edit' and when the 'Buyer Management' page prefills, flip the toggle to 'Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me'. As good as it gets, anyway...

Let them know that you have contacted ebay and have asked ebay to read their abusive emails to you. Also tell them that you have asked ebay to read the other emails that they send to other sellers to see if they do the same thing. Then do NOT read anymore emails.
