Does the eBay Store shipping supply credit accumulate?

Just wondering if the shipping supply credit accumulates if you don't spend it or if it resets every quarter. Thanks!

You use it or you lose it.

You cannot save up for a big purchase.

And you only get to order once per quarter. If you only use a portion of it, you lose the rest.
