Why do i get an error when i create a listing using a third party provider. and how do i correct it?

That is a problem with the third-party tool. The third-party tool developer will need to look into the issue.  There are some functions that are not allowed by some eBay APIs, so the issue will also depend on what you were trying to do with the third-party tool.
