Utilizing ebay shipping discount on a exchange

I am doing an exchange with a customer, he agreed to send back the return on his dime, and I am going to pick up the tab for sending the exchanged item back to him. How can I leverage the ebay USPS shipping discount without an actual sale being transacted?

Go to the Orders tab and find Shipping Labels at the bottom. Find your item and the pulldown will show Buy Another Label.

Or go to Paid and Shipped items, find your item and the pulldown there will say purchase another label.

Thank you lakefor94! You have pointed me in the right direction.  My layout may be different. I am using a PC I don't have the ebay app. For clarification to help someone in the future, the exact workflow for PC is: 

Selling, at the bottom of the selling list is shipping labels, then find the order and re-purchase a label.
