Something I bought shows “ Provider Label Rejected”

Hey guys, first time around here. I bought something March 2. it was sent and I’ve watching the tracking system daily.  On the 14th it got to Miami and after getting there I got an update showing “ Provider Label Rejected”. I have no idea what to do, I tried contacting the seller, they said I should wait or contact ebay, after 5 days I sent an email to ebay but never got an answer. Tried contacting the selleg again and they said they “ called them” no idea who they called  if it was ebay or whatever. Is there something I could do? I’m totally lost ebay has’t contacted me nor the app says anything about the label getting rejected. It has been 10 days since and no update has happened

Wait one day past the last given delivery date. If it's not arrived by then, file an item not received case.

Do that under purchases.

Most everything is automated. Do as @simba6 states.

One day after the latest estimated delivery date provided by eBay, file a Item Not Received case.
