eBay shipping labels are currently down. eBay reps were tagged on this discussion for updates:

If anybody needs labels urgently, you can purchase anything but eBay Standard Envelope elsewhere. pirateship.com is a good option for USPS and UPS services.

Mine will not let me select a service. I can still print a label for a previous shipped item. I am getting behind on new orders. Thanks for your post!
