Hi we use 2 computers when dealing with Ebay one at home and one at shop the one at home works fine the one at the shop after we sign on and start processing we grt the following message exception access violation error handling?  not sure why no problems with any other systems.  this system does have a new internet provider any info thanks for your time

This can be caused by a problem with RAM, but is far more likely to be an application you are running that is the issue. The next thing then is to identify which application and why, as sometimes it can be a combination of factors, recent installs/ updates or even conflicts between applications or drivers etc. that have triggered it on a particular PC. Although the setup on your two PCs may be similar, they are unlikely to be 'identical' in configuration; the smallest difference can be the tipping point.
