THIS IS BECOMING A JOKE!!! needing assistance with customer support and being left on the phone - on hold- waiting to connect with someone and there is no sound, no music, NOTHING - ON THE OTHER END.... what the heck has happened that eBay no longer takes phone calls?? Why do I - as a SELLER for 17 years [with 2 sites] - have to waste hours of my time WAITING ON HOLD? and not even know if I am, in fact, actually on hold!! since there is 'nothing' on the other end that allows me to know that i am still 'on hold' or whatever this downtime it is supposed to be.
I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH EBAY AND THE CONTINUAL LACK OF APPRECIATION FOR
SELLERS! grrrrhhhh -I've now been on hold for 50 minutes and hanging up!
