I just wanted to take some time to reach out to the community to try and find some answers to my current situation. I own a larger eBay business that was recently restricted on the platform. Due to our reliance on eBay, we quickly sent the requested documents. That was two weeks ago. We have been restricted since then with absolutely no word of why. I have contacted many agents both over the phone and through email and chat and gained no ground. At this point, we have a five-figure lump sum that eBay is holding onto. Does anyone know who or where I can go to try to escalate this as we are considering having to halt business and move to another platform if we cannot resolve this issue soon.
