I recently sold several CDs, this is the issue...
1. Go to Purchase Label.
2. For me, the default size and weight were fine (Shoebox size, up to 750g, Royal Mail 1st Class), cost was £2.60
3. Click on 'Purchase postage label' button.
4. The issue is that the postage purchased is 'Large Letter'.
To rectify the issue you must select any other size/weight, then go back to the one you wish (Shoebox).
Note that in doing so the price is now shown as £3.69 despite identical size/weight settings when Shoebox was the default when first entering this screen.
Appalling that this gets past QA, eBay have QA right?
