I have seen some similar posts recently, but when I open random items, I still see scroll bars and I can navigate listings, so apparently not everyone is experiencing this issue, or it is not affecting every item listing.
Other users indicate you may be able to navigate using arrow keys or the mouse scroll wheel if you cannot use scroll bars.
What browser are you using? Does the problem occur if you use a different browser? Or the app?
Does the problem happen with all listings, or only some? If some, can you provide an example?
Any difference if you hold down the shift key and reload the page?
