Tech issues on Ebay app

Many have reported that they are having issues on the ebay app. Any way we could get an idea of when these will get resolved.

1.  Send offers tab sends you to all active listings

2. Awaiting payment tab send you to all sold items

3. Awaiting shipment tab sends you to all sold items.

4. Store count is still off and now it is under not over on actual listings.

5. When accepting a counter offer the sold item literally disappears - not in sold or awaiting payments list.

Issues 1-3 appear to be app issues; presumably if eBay is aware of the problem it will be addressed in the next update, whenever that happens.

Issue four is apparently not related to the app and has its own Alert number from early January: ALERT15129.

Issue five: if you mean that when the seller accepts a buyer offer the listing is not ended, it appears that eBay is experimenting with how offers are treated. In that case, the acceptance by the seller generates an automatic counter-offer to the buyer. The item remains listed and available for anyone to purchase unless the buyer actually accepts the counter-offer and completes payment. Presumably this is to prevent the buyer from using an offer to end a listing without actually ever paying.
