I get this message when I click on my store link in the ebay app...but I see my items when I go to my store...is this a glitch?

- iOS or Android OS

It's fine on the PC...but I do have 2 ebay stores and I use Firefox to check on that store, hard to have 2 separate ebay apps for that, but I did update my ebay app and it's working now

On iOS you'd go to the app store.

Not sure about Android but I think people use Google Play?

I’ve had this bug since August I believe and had to constantly ask eBay support every few weeks. If you’re still dealing with this issue then I recommend contacting eBay via chat or call and explain your issue in depth. It took time but my store is finally visible.
