In defense of sellers. We are not ignoring you, eBay is ignoring us. eBay has a big problem and it is preventing sellers of responding to messages. This has been going on for over a week. It is so frustrating for buyers and sellers. I have resorted to closing my store. Contact eBay and let them know how frustrated you are. Don’t just post here, I don’t think they look at this much. If they had they would already know of this problem. Click buttons until you find the contact us with a call me back button.
Others have been running into the same error lately.
Try going to the user's profile or feedback page, and using the "contact" link there to compose a new message rather than using a reply. You may be able to send a message that way.
