Over scratch eBay card

I got eBay gift card of $200 and I mistakenly scratch the last 3 digit number off and I’m unable to use the card so please I need help to get it all fixed please

Got the receipt with the card? Nowadays, we give a gift with the receipt .

I assume...how else would one know there's $200. on it.

Return it to the sender and have them fix it...since it is a gift.
