Not getting notifications

For some reason I do not get my eBay mobile app notifications on android up at the top.   The only way I know when I have a sale is e-mail or on the eBay page

I have checked my settings,  uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the data and cache with no luck. 

Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix?

You may have better luck on the mobile app board
ebay mobile team scans posts there & other Android users might have an idea

I just wanted to add an update in case anyone else has this issue and finds this thread.

The problem was not eBay at all, it was the CleanMaster app on android blocking "spam" notifications. As soon as I tweaked my settings on that app, all was well.

CleanMaster is a virus disguised as a cleaning app.
