My eBay items I have sold are giving me weight of 1 ounce and all dimensions 1 inch. What's going on

All items I've sold say 1 ounce and package dimensions 1x1x1 in. My customers have all paid for shipping . What's going on?

Have you set a package weight and dimensions for each of your listings?  I think the shipping label page just defaults to those values if you haven't set anything specific.

This part isn't relevant.  Buyers don't tell ebay or you anything regarding the package dimensions/weight.

I looked through all your sales for the last 3 days. It looks like your buyers paid the appropriate amount of shipping for the items you sold. So, when you are mailing your items, if it defaults to 1 ounce and the small size, just correct it when you are setting your mailing parameters.
