Messaging a Customer

I’m having trouble of messaging a Customer of an item that i selling.

The issue that i’m facing is not able to reply back to the customer.

What should i do, re download the Ebay App or contact ebay services

Are you still having problems replying to messages?

Go to your Messages Inbox on your eBay account and open it then reply from there.
