Messages to seller not showing up in messages center

Nor are they showing up in my email despite sending copies to myself.  Today's date is 1/11/2019.  A new problem as of today's date.  Is anyone else having this problem?  eBay; please address this issue.

Last night was update date night with eBay so anything is possible.
