Hi friends. I was trying to complete the payment of an order and I get the following error:
“Please check your payment details or use a different payment option”
The payment could not be completed but that operation used up the entire balance of my gift cards and now it is at zero.
How could I solve this problem and recover the balance of my gift cards?
