Listing tool is down

will not let me list items on the website, can use my phone but I prefer to list using a laptop and the site is malfunctioning

Many others (myself included) are experiencing the same issue today/tonight with the listing tool. Someone on another post stated that eBay support is aware of it & it MAY be fixed by tomorrow.
