Leaving Feedback

I can't leave feedback for items I purchased.  When I click on the leave feedback button next to the item, it takes me to a sign in page.  Once I sign in it asks me to verify that I am human.  After doing that it takes me to a page that has nothing to do with leaving feedback.  A vicious circle.  How do I get to a leave feedback page?

Try another browser or a private or incognito browser window. If that works, try manually deleting your eBay cookies in your original browser.

Or try leaving feedback using the eBay app.
