Having problems paying for items/Checking out as New Paypal pop-up window just keeps spinning!

I am not able to check out because the "New" set up where Im taken to a pop up window for paypal and the wheel just keeps spinning. This isnt the first time it has happened as ebay rolls out the new managed payments option. Please leave well enough alone so there are no more complications.

Still cant check out... Very Frustrating!

If you are running into problems when checking out -- specifically, getting a spinning progress ring immediately after signing in to PayPal -- see this thread for some possible things to try:

Many users experiencing that problem have better results when switching to another browser, or temporarily disabling ad blocking and cross-site tracker blocking on eBay and PayPal, or else using a mobile browser or the eBay app to checkout.
