I should add too, that back in October of last year, E-Bay had just automatically removed my account from GSP and put it into International Shipping without any notification. I opted out of that program because it was terrible. I was able to go to the GPS Opt In at the time, and was reenrolled into GSP. However, I went to that same link now, and the page is gone. So it doesn't appear that you can enroll in GSP again this time.
I refuse to use EIS because it is on for all your items. You can't choose which items are excluded. This is an issue because I know I have some items that can't be exported, but E-Bay turns on EIS anyways, and I have to keep canceling orders (because everyone wants to try to buy items banned in their country) for "problem with address".
I also don't want to offer it on high dollar items where the risk of fraud is too great.
