File exchange keeps spitting back the same error.
Failure 37 "Error - Input data for tag <Item.ShippingDetails> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation.|Item.ShippingDetails|"
I've tried everything I can to fix the problem. Gone through the advance File Exchange instructions page by page and haven't been able to come up with a solution. Any help would be appreciated.

If I need to upload the csv I can, I just didn't know if that was normal protocol.
