My account has been restricted by Counterfeit item policy

Hi,  I am new to ebay. Recently I got a problem. I had a item listed and got the messages from ebay that the item was removed by Counterfeit item policy. 

Well, I have the purchase receipt of this item and the photos were taken by myself.  I would like to attach the receipt to ebay customer service, but I couldn't find the email and nobody can solve this issue. I have talked to the custom service whom might local in Indian, he didn't help at all. 

I wonder if someone can help to solve this issue and advice that how to avoid this kind of issue in the future.

My only advice, don't list the item that was taken down as being counterfeit. Receipt or no receipt it will still be removed. Sorry.

You can't  prove to eBay they're not counterfeit. You will have to prove to the rights  owner they're not counterfeit.  If you're able to do that then the rights owner would fax eBay and say you can list it. Otherwise you can't  relist it.
