My buyer has not received her product. It was shipped but does not show it tracking number. What do I do

You bought a tracked service?
USPS?
Give the buyer the tracking number and tell her where the shipment was last recorded.
If she opens a Not Received dispute, put the number into the dispute. Even if it is not delivered, this gives a little breathing room.
If it has been delivered according to the carrier, tell her to report the theft to her local Post Office (or other carrier) and to file a police report to help them control porch pirates.
You did keep a record of the tracking number, right?

no tracking means no delivery..
If a case is open refund them. Hope they are honest and refuse, or return the item if they do receive it.
