I can’t believe how terrible eBay’s customer service is. You try to call them and they hang up on you directing you to a website that does not have any options for what you want to report. Pathetic. Counterfeit thieves are running rampant and there’s nothing we can do. Makes me sick to my stomach

Many companies are no longer using phone service and resorting to online for assistance. You can contact eBay for business using social media on either Facebook or Twitter.
You can also post what your issue is on this forum, and you will receive excellent advice from seasoned users. Best of luck to you....

Every listing has a Report This Item link you can use to report them.
If you receive counterfeit item, file an INAD.

I’ve done it multiple times. Thieves are thriving. I don’t think eBay has a People to tackle it. Workforce labor is hard to find these days and it is definitely showing. They do everything in their power not to answer the phone. The help options just run their sellers in circles. Thanks for responding… happy Saturday

Marlyl, My issue is I’m trying to help out artists who are friends. They work their butts off producing high-quality limited edition screen prints signed and numbered each a work of art. Chuckleheads are cheaply printing off dozens at a time on cheap paper and selling them. It’s stealing. No one will help.
