Usually found in the glove compartment, there's a sticker with three digit codes all over it.
These are the options on your vehicle.
In this case: WBH is the wheel option (of several different styles of wheels offered on that vehicle, WBH option code are the wheels it came with).
Most of the time, on a wheel, you can simply go by the appearance and the size (if it looks JUST like yours).
Lots of options are not that easy though, such as gear ratio.
