Selling a car on Ebay for multiple weeks, each relisting costs $50 ???

I sometimes see the same cars for sale for weeks and months on Ebay because no one is buying it.  You mean to tell me that they are paying $50 for the first 7-10 day period, and each relisting also costs $50, even if the car is continually relisted for many weeks?  Can't talk to anyone at Ebay anymore, and can't find the answer on the Ebay vehicle selling FAQs.  Does anyone have the answer?  Thank you.

They could be choosing a 30 day package.

Unless you are a large dealership that subscribes to one of their "packages", selling here for the individual no longer makes economic sense.
