Can someone identify what I think are these Ford model A headlight lenses? The glass is flat.

Hi, I'm helping my father sell some old model A parts. He has the two "Flexo" lenses in the attached pictures. We don't know what they are for exactly- which year model A- or even if they are for a model A.

The top half is frosted, the glass is flat. 

Does anyone know?
