I am writing to report a recurring issue I've been experiencing with the eBay iPhone app when attempting to purchase shipping labels for received orders.
Problem Description:
When I click on the 'Purchase Postal Label' link for an order, the app enters an endless loop of opening and closing, making it impossible to complete the label purchase.
Steps Taken:
1. Ensured both the eBay app and iOS are up to date.
2. Attempted the process on another mobile device, encountering the same problem.
