Can’t make live a scheduled listing on my Ipad/iPhone.

I just updated my iPad/iPhone app through the app store and I still can’t make live a scheduled listing through the eBay APP. I can sell similar or relist the item and schedule it at that time. But when I go back to the listing to actually remove the schedule and make it live there isn’t an option. Any suggestions?
