smartphone online got my phone back and not providing refund

hi all,

  i recently got a note 4 from an ebay seller whose account name is smartphone online.i will provide profile link below.i got a problem with the phone i received and they asked to return for a refund.i returned it and they got the phone back and not replying me when i asked for refund.first they replied me to wait for 25 days for refund.when i asked them after 25 days,they are not responding.below i provided the tracking number in which i sent the phone.also i attached the chat between me and seller.pls help me to get back my money.

also many have same exact problem with the same seller.i have attached the link of those forums below.i kindly request all to help me get back my money.
