reporting scams

how I report an "buyer", they sent a question asking if I was open to offers, I said yes and today I got the below reply, which is a scam.

I'll like to offer you $500.00 for the Polaris 280 Pool Cleaner with two extra large bags because i won't be able to wait until the auction end due to the nature of my work. If my offer is been accepted the payment will be made through check. I will overnight the check to you via USPS Priority Mail so that you can get it within 24 - 48 hours. Meanwhile my mover will be coming to pick it up once you notify me that the check has been cleared by your bank. Due to the fact that my PayPal account was hacked recently by unknown hacker i won't be able to pay through PayPal for this transaction, Kindly accept my payment through Certified Bank Check as i intend to buy it for my business associate who needs it shortly. 

Please Note: If my offer is been accepted Please TEXT me immediately at 206-456-0254 with your Full Name , Full Mailing Address and the Agreed Amount. 

I will appreciate a TEXT message only if my offer is been accepted, because i don't have time to check my eBay messages promptly due to the nature of my work. You will receive the USPS tracking number of the payment been sent to you after i receive your TEXT message. Hope to see your text message on my phone soonest as i'm at work. Thanks David.
