Sorry I can't find this anywhere- I have done it before but now I can't figure it out!
Buyer bought item, paid in full...I found someting wrong with item while preparing for shipping but buyer still wants item - of course at a discounted price which is fine...but I need to send back a partial refund as negotiated.
Can anyone tell me how I do that?
