I sold an item and accidentally sent the customer the wrong product. He immediately marked me negative on my feedback ... the same day that he received his item. When I reached out to him and offered to resend the product he stated that I am unstable and I should be avoided like the plague. I did nothing wrong and now I have this horrible feedback against me. What can I do to resolve. I have been with ebay from the beginning.
