eBay account hacked. Out of money and computer.

Recently, 

A buyer's eBay account was hacked, and used to purchase a computer I was selling. I received emails from "ebay" and "paypal" stating the item was paid for. I shipped the item to the buyer, only to find out it was fradulent. The account was hacked and now someone got a Macbook for free. Ebay isn't willing to do anything, but credit the charges for selling the item. I am furious at this point. I would think that since the account was hacked in to, eBay would at least help me get the computer back or credit me some of the money.

The payment to Paypal showed pending. I received emails from "Paypal" stating there were delays with processing funds.
