Re-open a closed case

I buoght an item and took more than 40 days,

so i opend a case with the seller asking me wait more 20 days.

but at the end the case was automaticaly closed and the item did not arrive yet it is almost 70 days and the seller is not responding to my emals.

Please can you helpe on what to do to make ebay step in and solve my problems.
