Sent Item to the Wrong Person

Hello,

   I am realitvely new to eBay and just made a rookie mistake:  I shipped a few items out on the same day and switched the labels on two of them.  What course of action would you suggest, should I have them both send the items back to me so I can resend it to the correct buyer?  Or is there a way I can send them funds to ship to each other if they are willing to do so? Or is there a better solution altogether?

Hi, the best thing to do is send each buyer a prepaid label and have them return the items to you. Once you get them back, you can send them to the correct buyer or issue refunds. Unfortunately, if the buyers don't send the items back, there's nothing you can do to get the item back.
