How can I remove "UNPID" from my account?

Paid for an item by PayPal. PayPal refunded my payment as seller did not complete their account information. Emailed seller via eBay, seller refused to answer. Obtained seller phone number through eBay. Multiple attempts and it rings busy or no one answers. No answering machine. EBay did not provide a valid email or mailing address. How can I pay with NO LINK, as I already PAID through PayPal, and remove "UNPAID" from my account?
