Germany - New Total Request

Hi, I would like to ask mainly the German users if they can help me with the issue I'm currently facing. I (as a non-German, but still European, resident) won the item listed on German version of eBay without noticing that the seller hasn't specified international shipping. I have already communicated with the seller and he agrees to send me the item I have won. So I have send to the seller the standard request for the new total including shipping to my country. The problem is that the seller doesn't seem to know how to prepare and send me the new total. I have tried to do my best to help him with it but I'm not very familiar with it either. Therefore I would like to ask if there is any (preferably German) user who is able to give me (for the seller) a step-by-step instruction (preferably in German language) on how to send a new total to the buyer upon his request specifying the international shipping costs.
