Buyer's Invalid address

I have one customer that He ordered the wire from me on Oct, 6 2015 and paid already. The problem is when I've tried to ship it I couldn't do it because his address is invalid. His address is that's it. No house address. I have tried to contact him by sending the message and call him on his number  but he has never got back or answered the phone. I have tried it 2 days. I'm not sure what should I do.
