signature on a wood painted pin

I have this lovely wood pin with painted details.  The signature on the back is difficult to read.  Also, what does 1.992r mean?  Thanks!

Windy, that's handpainted & crafted. The artist signature with last name being Beebe and dated 1992. I cannot make out 1st name and I don't know what reference to that small r means.

    I actually knew some Beebe folks but he was an artist just a drunk!

It could be Beebe.  I thought it was Beebs.  At first I thought 1992, but there is clearly a . between the 1 and 9.  It's a mystery.  The first letters look like neu, ueu, or nen.  The next word is just a mess!  Why paint something so pretty then sign it illegibly??

Brilliant!!

It is a Russian lacquer brooch, handcrafted by the Artisans there. Found a couple examples of dates signed on these brooches that apparently were popular in the 90s. Bet your little r stands for Russia.

 

 it looks like their numbers are running away ( don't blame them, lol).
