Came home with a Sterling Rhinestone Brooch Pendant Combo. Signed R over W.

All I could come up with is Robert Wallace....Did he make jewellery?

Hoping one of you can confirm or share other possibilities.

I have continued to search for this hallmark and come to a dead end.  It is a quality made piece, much more attractive than my photos show.   
I have exhausted all known sites to research.    So for now it will remain unidentified.  Thank you to all who took a look.

Is it e/sterling or is that another symbol or letter? It's not easy to see, the resolution is trash (probably my phone) 

If you can confirm that e with a slash then I'll have something to go on.  

Please advise.
