Real Betsey Johnson - are they all signed on the jewelry or have signature gold/metal pendants

The jewelry I bought that was titled "Betsey Johnson" has the pink tags with each item.

But only two have signed/stamped markings on the actual jewelry or on an attached metal pendant.

Two of the items have no markings or signature pendants attached at all.

They had pink tags, but one was not attached, only included in the plastic bag.

Are these real or copies?

Do all Betsey Johnson items have signed/stamped markings

or pendants attached to the actual jewelry that bear the signature?

If the seller said they don't guarantee authenticity,

does that mean they shouldn't list "Betsey Johnson" in the titles?

Shouldn't the titles say "Betsey Johnson STYLE" if they can't guarantee authenticity?

If they can't guarantee authenticity Betsey Johnson should not be mentioned at all.  Betsey Johnson "style" is still considered search and browse manipulation.  Also the disclaimer "We don't guarantee authenticity" isn't acceptable either.  If they can't guarantee it's Betsey Johnson then Betsey Johnson doesn't go in the listing title.

Every Betsey Johnson piece I've had has been signed on the piece, but they were all vintage.  You could try reaching out to her website for clarification.
