Help describing Japanese silver -- speak Japanese?

Sumimasen --  I'm hoping someone can help me describe this cufflink and tie clip set from Japan.  I don't speak Japanese and and only remember a few words from my visit.  Also, I have lost contact with the few friends I had in Japan.  I've included photos below.

Here are my assumptions/questions:

• Probably purchased in Kyoto or Tokyo.
• Is Taguichi the name of the store or the brand of the jewelry?
• It says silver in one of the tags.  I'm assuming that is Sterling Silver.  Does the reverse of the tag (in Japanese) add any information?
• What does the warranty card say that would be helpful in describing the set?
