Coro blue ab brooch - does it look like anything?

Weird new Ebay glitch - vanishing shipping rates
The last two invoices I've sent out have had glitches. The shipping costs, I use the calculator, should be right in the invoice already. Twice in a row I've had to calculate and add them in by hand. Is anyone else seeing this?
